About Me

“The best way to predict your future is to create it.” Those words are posted at the top of every page you will visit on this site and there is a reason for that. I firmly believe that we can all achieve that optimal mind and body that we strive for. I want to help every one and I mean EVERYONE get there!

Here is a little bit about me. I am 22 years old, and since August 25th, 2012 I have been married to my beautiful wife Jessica Krysiak. We currently live in Milwaukee with the hopes of one day moving west. I am enlisted in the Wisconsin Army National Guard as an infantryman and am contracted in a Recruit Officer Training Program with Marquette University. I have recently become a Beach Body coach and aspire to share these amazing programs with the world because they have done so much for me personally.

My wife, family, and I have gone through P90X, INSANITY, and are currently involved in Les Mills Combat. We have achieved amazing results to include the ceasing of cholesteral medication for my father. I want to show the world exactly what these programs are capable of and look forward to this journey that we are all about to take together! Read my full BIO below!!!

My Story

I just want to start this off by explaining that I am no expert. I am not a nutritionist, I am not a fitness professional. I AM, however, someone who has a passion for these programs and has seen some pretty awe inspiring results, not only for myself, but for my family and friends as well, from these programs and nutrition. And because of that, I share them with anyone willing to listen, because if I can get results from a workout program and a little shake, then everyone can. And I feel that everyone deserves that confidence.

I have a caved in chest. When I was 6 years old, I underwent a pectus excavatum, which is a procedure that attempted to push my chest back to a straight position. Although this procedure helped a great deal, I maintained the insecurity of being "different" then other children throughout my life. I hated going swimming because I hated taking my shirt off. I avoided just about any situation that involved me needing to remove my shirt. This followed me up until my sophomore year of highschool when I came to the realization that, maybe if I put on a lot of muscle that I would be able to cover up my deformity. Try as I might, I could not gain any muscle...or any weight in general. I have been blessed with an extremely high metabolism that allows me to eat just about anything and not gain a pound. And boy did I eat. I paid no attention to nutrition. If it was food, or looked like food, it was devoured.

BUT I STILL WASNT GAINING WEIGHT!

One day my father, who had recently been told he needed to begin taking medication for his cholesterol, came home with a new program called P90X.  I had heard of the workout from TV and quickly volunteered my companionship through the 90 day program.

DAY 1- I puked my guts out. It was a huge wakeup call and I learned that maybe nutrition was a little bit more important then I had previously thought

We began to follow the meal plans that came with P90X and began drinking this shakeology. I didnt really know anything about it other then my dad initially complaining that it was expensive. Those complaints quickly stopped once the results began arriving. Over time, the workouts got more 'doable'. My dad was losing weight, and the Shakeology was lowering his Cholesteral! So much so that he got cleared to be taken off his medication.

AND I WAS GAINING WEIGHT!

I put on a wopping 17 LBS with the help of Tony Horton. Let me tell you how easy it was to take my shirt off after that! haha. If Wisconsin wasnt so cold all of the time, there would ahve been no need for shirts. I was proud, of myself, of my father, of our accomplishment.

From P90X, I progressed to INSANITY with Shawn T. That program slimmed me down a little bit but boosted my cardio and prepared me for basic training in Ft. Benning GA. I returned to WI as an infantrymen and married the lovely Jessica Krysiak who shares my passion for fitness, loves Shakeology, and completed INSANITY with me. We are currently progressing through Les Mills Combat and I for one am suprised with it thus far. I thought it was going to be easy but it continuously prooves me wrong with som butt kicking workouts.

Anyway, right when I got back from Ft. Benning, one of my buddies came to me with the Beachbody coaching opportunity. He knew that I had completed a couple of programs but had no idea what they had actually done for me on both a physical and emotional level. I jumped on the idea. If there was a way I could share these programs with the world, to show the world exactly what Shakeology is capable of, what Tony, or Shawn, or Chalene, or any of the other Fitness trainers are capable of doing for us, then I was going to do it. If there is anything that I have learned, it is that literally anything is possible. Once you commit to making a change, to taking a stand toward fitness. We need to talk..becasue I have a life changing solution.
