The combination of powerful exercises that target every part of the body with a short, explosive workout means that we can work our way to a perfect body in the time it takes to run a bath, and one 10 Minute Trainer cardio workout has been shown to burn the same calories as 30 minutes of jogging! Fit it in when the kids are at playing in the yard, or when your partner is making dinner, or even during a mid-morning break if you are home-based.

Monster moves, saving you time

 

The preparation gone into the 10 Minute Trainer has been done by fitness expert Tony Horton, who also gave us P90X. Using his ‘Super Stacking’ techniques, every 10 minute workout combines upper and lower body, abs and cardio. By working multiple muscles at the same time with his monster moves, we get huge results in less time. Smart thinking indeed.

The complete program contains workouts for abs, yoga for flexibility, cardio, lower body and total body. Each workout lasts for 10 minutes and, using the resistance bands included, challenges every part of your body in super-quick time. Being 10 minutes means that we’ll never get bored, as can happen with longer programs (we’ve all been there, I’m sure).

 

All in one package

Many at-home workouts require an investment of some sort, in dumbbells, jump ropes or stretch bands. The 10 Minute Trainer package comes complete with everything you need for a turbo-charged workout, including a resistance band kit, cardio belt and recipe book. All you need is a bit of space (around 6ft x 6ft) and 10 minutes.
